Send me an email.

My interests are nature, gardening and researching family histories.
In my seventh decade of life, after retiring from teaching and Emergency Medical care I decided to follow my lifelong dream and to create ART! I doodle and draw on almost anything, but color, light and movement have taken primary interest.
The last few years have been spent learning watercolor daunting, but very rewarding. Plus exploring acrylics, alcohol inks, batik and painting on cloth. I have painted several murals. In one mural I changed styles part way through and confused myself and the viewers.
My preferred subjects are flowers and abstract impressions filled with energy.
I have no distinct personal style, but seem to be evolving every time I pick up a brush or a pen. The process of creating a work of art is endlessly fascinating.
