Judge:  Amanda Bulger, Foster Gallery Director + Lecturer, UWEC
Amanda Bulger grew up on her family's farm in northeast Wisconsin. She received her MFA in Studio Art from the University of Connecticut and her BFA in Art and Design from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. She has exhibited nationally, in venues such as The William Benton Museum of Art in Storrs, Connecticut and Sideshow Gallery in Brooklyn, New York, as well as abroad in British Columbia and London.
