Joining the Valley Art Association (VAA) will provide connections, monthly programs, exhibiting opportunities, networking with Chippewa Valley artists, fine art faires, and informative and fun art workshops.

VAA Members at ARTS WEST 47

March 19 - May 18, 2026  |  9 - 5 PM

VAA members were among the winners in the Arts West 47 exhibit.   Gerlyn Brasic was awarded third place for, "Along the Cottonwood Trail" and Kay Brathol-Hostvet was awarded honorable mention for, "Driftless Memory".  Sarah Williams, Marlin Hostvet, and Hubert Steve Cole were juried into the show. There were 309 entries submitted by 187 artists. Of these, 37 works of art representing 35 artist were selected by the juror.
Note being selected for a juried show is a win in itself!

The Arts West 47 exhibit is open to the public at L.E. Phillips Memorial Public Library, Eau Claire, on the third floor until May 18, 2026.
