I was Born in Minnesota and raised in Wisconsin and now live in beautiful Chippewa Falls, WI. I have also lived in Canada and Mexico which has greatly influenced my love of color. I am a self-taught artist, working mainly in acrylic, watercolor and mixed media. I love to work large. The larger the better. I paint because I have a need to express what I am seeing and feeling in hopes that others can see the beauty around them.
I am also a Gemini, so I always have so many ideas and projects floating around in my head just screaming to get out. I find myself working on multiple projects at the same time. My studio is a mess most of the time. There are just so many things in this life to do, enjoy, see, explore and experience. You just have to get out there and enjoy yourself.
